The Housing Authority has contracted with the Sonoma County Community Development Commission to administer the program; the Housing Authority oversees the Commission's administration and operation of the program and services loans after work completion. More information is available in the

Low-income is defined as 80% of Area Median Income (AMI), or less, adjusted for household size. Current Sate of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) Official State Income Limits are
available online and are updated periodically.
Eligibility Requirements
- Mobilehome must be located within the Santa Rosa city limits
- Total household income may not exceed 80% of AMI
- Applicant must be the registered owner of the mobilehome
- Mobilehome must be occupied by applicant as his or her principal residence
- Mobilehome must be legally sited and all space rent, HCD registration and property taxes (if applicable) must be current
Loan Terms & Conditions
The rehabilitation loan term is 30 years at 3% simple interest. No payments will be required prior to the thirtieth anniversary of the loan except in cases of default as shown in the
Program Guidelines (PDF).
