Mobilehome Rehabilitation Loans

Mobilehome Rehabilitation Loans Are Now Available

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Rosa has been awarded a grant by the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) to fund and operate a rehabilitation loan program for low-income mobilehome owners. More information is available in the Loan Servicing Plan (PDF).
