Proposed future development of an 82-unit for-sale, townhome-style condominium project with the following unit configurations: 24 units @ 1,440 sf, 26 units @ 1,734 sf, 24 units @ 1,860 sf, 8 units @ 1,880 sf. In accordance with the City's Inclusionary Housing Ordinance, 10% of units would be reserved for Moderate Income households. A SB 330 Preliminary Housing Application has been received by the City. The proposed project must submit required Planning entitlement applications within 180 days of February 8, 2022.
Both a Neighborhood Meeting and Concept Design Review are required for this project before Planning entitlement applications are submitted. The project’s pre-application Neighborhood Meeting Planning File No. is PRAP22-006 and its pre-application Concept Design Review File No. is DR22-009 (PRJ22-005).
