The project proposes the redevelopment of a 0.63-acre site with a 6-level building containing 128 studio, one, and two-bedroom units, ground floor commercial space and amenities, and a roof top terrace. On-site vehicle parking will be provided by an 86-space mechanical parking garage.
Based on the project site’s location within the City’s Downtown Core, a Priority Development Area, the project is eligible for Design Review approval by the Zoning Administrator. Pursuant to Ordinance 2018-012, Concept Design Review by the Design Review Board is required prior to the submittal of the application for Design Review.
After the July 5, 2018, Design Review meeting, the applicant will respond to the comments provided by the Design Review Board. The applicant will then be eligible to submit the required Design Review application. Upon receipt of the application, a Notice of Application will be mailed to property owners within 400 feet of the site, and electronic notification will be provided to members of the Community Advisory Board. Additional noticing will be completed when the project is scheduled for action by the Zoning Administrator.
