Beginning on Wednesday, December 13, Santa Rosa’s new complimentary ParkSMART shuttle will offer convenient connections from the Downtown SMART station to within easy walking distance of parking garages, shops, restaurants and Old Courthouse Square. The shuttle is free, wheelchair accessible, and available for anyone to use.
The shuttle service operates during peak commute hours, Monday through Friday, 4:20am–9:08am, 12:20pm–1:08pm, and 3:20pm–9:38pm. The shuttle schedule lists departures and arrivals at the Downtown SMART Station. A complete SMART train schedule is online at sonomamarintrain.org/schedules-fares. The shuttle travels round trip connecting the SMART Station to various points Downtown with shuttle stops at:

CityBus has 10 buses per hour between the SMART Station and the Transit Mall, providing 15 minute frequency on weekdays. There are three bus stops near the train station, all accessible via a pedestrian path next to the tracks. Catch routes 2/2B, 6, 9, or 12 in either direction between the SMART Station and Downtown. Parking Permits and Rates
All Downtown parking lots and garages are within walking distance of the shuttle stops. Monthly parking permits may be obtained from the City of Santa Rosa Parking Services Division, with more information online at srcity.org/parking or by calling 707-543-3325.
