Roseland Area Projects Environmental Impact Report

In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City of Santa Rosa has prepared an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Roseland Area/Sebastopol Road Specific Plan and Roseland Area Annexation.

The purpose of an EIR is to provide the public and the decision-makers with detailed information about a project's environmental effects, ways to minimize the project's significant environmental effects, and reasonable alternatives to the project.
