About the Department of Housing & Community Services


The Department of Housing and Community Services administers the City's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, Neighborhood Revitalization Program, Code Enforcement, Homeless Services, Mobilehome Rent Control Program and the Santa Rosa Housing Trust. The Department also provides staff support to the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Rosa, as well as the Homeless Subcommittee of the City Council.
