Mobilehome Rehabilitation Loans

Mobilehome Rehabilitation Loans Are Now Available

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Rosa has been awarded a grant by the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) to fund and operate a rehabilitation loan program for low-income mobilehome owners. The object of the program is to provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing for low-income mobilehome owners in Santa Rosa through the correction of actual or potential health and safety problems.
The Housing Authority has contracted with the Sonoma County Community Development Commission to administer the program; the Housing Authority oversees the Commission's administration and operation of the program and services loans after work completion. More information is available in the Loan Servicing Plan (PDF).
