Water fitness is a fun aquatic activity, which uses the resistance of water to provide strength training and aerobic conditioning for people of all fitness levels. Water provides smooth and variable resistance through a full range of motion. Improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, and well being in this exhilarating 60 minute class. Nonswimmers are welcome.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 7 - 8 a.m.

Drop-in fee: $6 per class
Flexipass: $5 per class (5 class minimum)

Therapeutic Water Exercise (Finley Aquatic Center Only)
Therapeutic Water Exercise is designed to accommodate people with various physical limitations, physical disabilities, or those recovering from injury or surgery. This class can also be used for prehabilitation (preoperative exercise for optimal surgery outcome). Individual instruction is provided. Registration only. Drop-ins are not allowed.
