Scheduling a Tour
Tours are by appointment only. Whether interested in its history or considering the Church of One Tree for your event, please contact Santa Rosa Recreation and Parks to schedule a walk through.
Available for rent at the following times:
- Monday-Thursday Hours: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Friday Hours: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Saturday Hours: 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Sunday Hours: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Maximum Amount of People
The maximum number of people is 200.
An alternative parking plan may be required.
Events over 100 using the park area as well may be required to rent a portable restroom.
Outside alcohol is allowed to be brought into the facility. All alcohol must be delivered to the building prior to guests' arrival. Guests will not be allowed to bring in any open containers or additional alcohol. Alcohol must be served in clear cups. No one will be allowed to leave with alcohol during the event. All alcohol must be consumed in the area rented. Alcohol service must end at least one hour prior to the event ending. For Youth-Oriented events, alcohol service may not exceed four hours unless additional insurance is purchased. Facility staff will not check ID's or be responsible for under-age drinking or monitor the level of intoxication of any guest. The client is completely responsible for following all regulations regarding the serving of alcohol. (The City of Santa Rosa highly encourages the use of a licensed bartender).
A post event walk through will be done. If no damage has been done and/or requirements have been met, the retainer will be refunded within two weeks.
The area area/park outside surrounding the Church is included at no extra charge. Please indicate this preference during the rental process.
Use of the Audio Visual Equipment
The facility has an iPod doc, CD player, microphone and Bose speakers.
For live bands or any other kind of music, volume must be kept at a moderate level. Doors are required to be kept closed in the evening.
Non-Profit Discount Rental Rate
There is a 10% discount on room rate for non-profit organizations.
Tables & Chairs
Renters are provided the use 16 six-foot rectangle tables and 200 white event chairs.
Use of the Kitchen
This facility does not have a kitchen.
This facility is ADA Compliant.
An exclusive caterer is not required.
No flame allowed! Decorating for an event is allowed. However, no balloons, confetti, glitter, nails, staples, duct tape or scotch tape (drafting and gaffer's tape are allowed).
