CCMI will provide assistance with California Labor Code Compliance. Click on the link to review prevailing wages.

PREVAILING WAGE PROVISIONS EXEMPTIONS: The California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) determined that installation of toilet packages at single-family residences (SFR) is exempt from prevailing wage provisions under Labor Code Section 1720(c)(5)(C). DIR also determined that attachment of pre-rinse spray valves (PRSV) is exempt from prevailing wage provisions as it is not a public work. Registering with DIR is not required for bidders, contractors, and subcontractors whose work will be limited to installing toilet packages at SFR sites and/or PRSVs.
